SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Non-Biddable Settlement Points in the 2021.FEB.Monthly.Auction

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRR Account Holders

DAY AFFECTED:  January 21, 2021

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT inadvertently included three new Resource Node Settlement Points in the 2021.FEB.Monthly.Auction Congestion Revenue Right (CRR) Auction that should have been non-biddable due to having start dates after January 31, 2021. All awards on these Settlement Points were removed before the auction results were posted.

The non-biddable Settlement Points included in the auction were:  CHISMGRD_RN, NF_BRP_RN and WHMESA_U1.

ACTION REQUIRED:  No action is required by CRR Account Holders. ERCOT will contact the CRR Account Holders who were awarded CRRs on the non-biddable Settlement Points.
