SHORT DESCRIPTION:  CenterPoint Energy transactions are continuing to process normally at this time.

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  All Market Participants

LONG DESCRIPTION: CenterPoint Energy transactions are continuing to process normally at this time, both inbound and outbound transactions.  Although we can send, receive, and process transactions, the large number of outages related to the rolling outages impacts our ability to communicate with meters.  But we are continually retrying and seeing some completions.  All Market Participants should take note of the following:

• We are continuing to monitor closely
• No action from market participants is needed at this time

• CenterPoint Energy will host a daily conference call daily at 4:00 PM to answer questions concerning throughout this extreme weather event
