LONG DESCRIPTION: CenterPoint Energy’s daily Market Call is scheduled for today and the remainder of the week; we look forward to your feedback.

If you have service order transactions impacted by our retry process, you received a separate email identifying the ESIID involved listing the transaction type.
As discussed on the call, we would like REPs’ feedback regarding the following actions for orders that are still being retried over our AMS system but have not yet been able to execute due to our inability to communicate with the meters:

CNP can keep retrying the orders – if power is restored to the premise, the order will execute. However, it is not known when power restoration will occur.
CNP can turndown the orders, and REPs are then free to resubmit.
For the just read orders – Switches, CSA’s MVI/ Force MVO, we do have a way to complete these order types by using the most recent read in our Meter Data Management System. We will discuss this further in our next market call.
