LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has confirmed that INTERGRID POWER LLC (XINTER) is the winning bidder in the one-time auction for repossessed Congestion Revenue Rights (CRRs) for April 2021.   

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  The awarded CRR portfolio is attached to this Market Notice, and the CRRs are included in the CRR Ownership of Record posting on the CRR webpage.
