NOTICE DATE: March 19, 2021

NOTICE TYPE: W-C031921-01 Settlements

SHORT DESCRIPTION: Allocation of Funds Received from Short Paying Invoice Recipients

INTENDED AUDIENCE: QSE and CRRAH Settlement Personnel

DAY AFFECTED: Settlement Invoices with a payout date of February 26, 2021

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has received payment for some Settlement Invoices that were short- paid on February 25, 2021, and due for payout on February 26, 2021.

As noted in Market Notice W-B030121-03, some Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs) and Congestion Revenue Right Account Holders (CRRAHs) were under-shorted on the initial payout of the February 26, 2021 Invoice, and consequently, received payments in excess of the amounts due to them. These under-shorted amounts were corrected by reducing payments on Invoices with a payout date of March 1, 2021, and by issuing Miscellaneous Invoices on March 2, 2021. Therefore, the allocation of funds received from short- paying Invoice Recipients for February 26, 2021 Invoices will be based on a balance that has been corrected for the recovery of the under-shorted amounts. ERCOT has updated the previously posted detail reconciling the short-paid amounts across these Invoices and will post the updated detail for each affected QSE/CRRAH on the MIS Secure Area, in the Requested Information folder.

ERCOT will be issuing additional payments to affected QSEs and CRRAHs as follows:

Total Amount Originally Shorted to Market:
