SHORT DESCRIPTION: Postponement of SARA release date to March 25, 2021

LONG DESCRIPTION: The release date for the Final Spring and Preliminary Summer "Seasonal Assessment of Resource Adequacy" (SARA) reports has been changed from March 11 to March 25, 2021. The release date change is intended to accommodate new system stress scenarios and related report design changes being implemented, as well as ongoing support for various winter storm response and preparedness investigations.
