SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Disclosure of Generation Resource and Energy Storage Resource Outage Data for February 10-19, 2021

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  Resource Entities with Generation Resources and Energy Storage Resources

DAY AFFECTED: March 12, 2021

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Today, the Public Utility Commission of Texas issued an order requiring ERCOT to post certain outage information for all Generation Resources and Energy Storage Resources for the period of February 10-19, 2021.  The order waives the 60-day confidentiality requirement in Protocols Section 1.3.1.1(1)(c) to the extent necessary to comply with that posting requirement.

In accordance with this order, ERCOT has posted the outage information to the February 2021 Extreme Weather Event page on its website.  As with ERCOT’s March 4, 2021 posting of outage information, the information included in today’s disclosure includes the unit name, seasonal max MW, available MW after outage/derate, MW reduction from outage/derate, unit fuel type, start and end times of the outage/derate, Resource Entity name, and county.
