LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has received multiple inquiries from Resource Entities regarding how to submit updated emergency operations plans and weatherization plans, as required by Protocols Section 3.21, Submission of Emergency Operations Plans, Weatherization Plans, and Declarations of Summer and Winter Weather Preparedness.  Updates to these plans may be submitted to ERCOT at [log in to unmask].  For future reference, this submission information can be found on the Resource Entity registration page of ERCOT’s website.
