SHORT DESCRIPTION: Revisions to Total Potential Exposure (TPE) Update

DAYS AFFECTED: April 20, 2021

LONG DESCRIPTION: On February 14, 2021, ERCOT temporarily reduced the Total Potential Exposure (TPE) for all Counter-Parties by 15%. See Market Notice M-C021421-01.

Since high prices during the extreme winter weather event no longer impact the credit calculation, ERCOT is eliminating the 15% reduction to TPE on April 20, 2021. The change to TPE will be reflected on the Available Credit Limit (ACL) Summary Report and TPE Summary Report that will be published on that day.
