SHORT DESCRIPTION: Add exit strategy per Section 3.10.7.6 (7) of the ERCOT Nodal Protocols for Zapata-Starr Generic Transmission Constraint

LONG DESCRIPTION: In accordance with Section 3.10.7.6 (7) of the ERCOT Nodal Protocols, ERCOT has added an exit strategy for the Zapata-Starr Generic Transmission Constraint (GTC).

The purpose of this notice is to provide contemporaneous notification to all ERCOT Market Participants of this update to the Zapata-Starr GTC.

Details associated with all GTCs (EMIL ID NP3-766-M, Report ID 11424) can be found on the ERCOT Market Information System (MIS) Grid Transmission page under Generic Transmission Limits . A Digital Certificate is required to access the MIS Secure Area.
