SHORT DESCRIPTION: Culberson (CULBSN) Generic Transmission Constraint (GTC) - Limit Updates

LONG DESCRIPTION: An update to the Generic Transmission Limits (GTL) for the Culberson (CULBSN) Generic Transmission Constraint (GTC) has been identified. This update is the result of changes to the transmission system in the region.

The purpose of this notice is to provide contemporaneous notification to all ERCOT Market Participants of this update. ERCOT will begin enforcing the updated GTC on July 1, 2021.

Details associated with all existing GTCs (EMIL ID NP3-766-M, Report ID 11424) can be found on the ERCOT Market Information System (MIS) Grid Transmission page under the Generic Transmission Constraints Methodology Secured Area. A Digital Certificate is required to access the MIS Secure Area.
