SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Notification of Miscellaneous Invoices to distribute recovered amounts from Denton Municipal Electric

DAYS AFFECTED:  July 6, 2021

LONG DESCRIPTION:  As described in Market Notice M-C041621-02 - Legal, City of Denton v. ERCOT et al. – Dismissal of Claims, ERCOT is issuing Miscellaneous Invoices to reimburse QSEs and CRRAHs for their shares of the Denton Municipal Electric short payments that were initially paid from ERCOT operating funds. The total amount of the adjustments is $73,410.46 and the invoice payout date is July 7, 2021.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  The Miscellaneous Invoices can be found on the Market Information System (MIS).
