DAY AFFECTED:  Tuesday, July 6, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM

LONG DESCRIPTION:  On July 6, 2021, ERCOT will upgrade MPIM PROD Oracle database from version 10g to 19c.  During the outage the Production Environment administrative functions will not be available to USA certificate administrators to create, modify, renew or revoke certificates.
