NOTICE TYPE: R-A072621-01 Retail Processing

SHORT DESCRIPTION: ERCOT is experiencing processing issues with TexasSET transactions which will require a brief outage to correct


DAYS AFFECTED: July 26, 2021 10:30am - Ongoing

LONG DESCRIPTION: An internal system issue has caused a significant subset of TexasSET 814 and 867 Transactions to fail sending outbound from ERCOT.  The issue has been identified and will require a brief outage.  The resultant backlog will be reviewed and cleared by Retail Operations.  MarkeTrak will be utilized if necessary.

ACTION REQUIRED: Following completion of the processing outage Market Participants are encouraged to compare expected Texas SET receipts against ERCOT's Market Information System.
