You are correct that the calculation labeled “On-Line Generation Resources with Energy Offer Curves including Quick Start Generation Resources” under the “Non-Spin Reserve Capacity” heading includes Non-Spin Schedules from units with an online telemetered resource status and with an energy offer curve. Since online non-spin is already considered deployed their schedule is zero. Please note that there is a similar label under the heading “Non-Spin Reserve Responsibility”. The calculation for this label sums up Non-Spin Responsibility (second arrow in your image below) from units with an online telemetered resource status and with an energy offer curve. Below are the specific inserts from the help file on both these items.
On-Line Generation Resources with Energy Offer Curves including Quick Start Generation Resources – The sum of all telemetered Non-Spin Schedules from Generation Resources with telemetered statuses ON, ONDSR, ONDSRREG, ONEMR, ONOPTOUT, ONOS, ONOSREG, ONREG, or ONRUC and having an energy offer curve plus the sum of all telemetered Non-Spin Responsibilities from Generation Resources with telemetered status of OFFQS and having an energy offer curve.
Non-Spin Reserve Responsibility (MW) includes:
On-Line Generation Resources with Energy Offer Curves – The sum of all telemetered Non-Spin Responsibility from online Generation Resources telemetering a MW value above 95% of LSL with an energy offer curve plus the sum of telemetered Non-Spin Responsibility of Generation Resources with telemetry status of OFFQS and an energy offer curve.
Hope this helps.

Hello Sandip and Nitika,
In the meeting today, when I asked if all of the Non-Spin obligation was procured in the DAM, I was viewing the AS capacity monitor Non-Spin Reserve Capacity and Non-Spin Reserve Responsibility sections.
It looks like the On Line Non-spin is not included in the capacity because it is already considered deployed so the schedule is zero. Is that correct?
