LONG DESCRIPTION:  A hearing on the merits in Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUC) Docket No. 52321, Application of ERCOT for Debt Obligation Order to Finance Default Balances under PURA Chapter 39, Subchapter M and Request for Good Cause Exception, has been scheduled for August 23 and 24, 2021.  The hearing will be in-person and will be held in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room, 7th floor of the William B. Travis Building, 1701 North Congress Avenue, Austin, Texas 78701.
