LONG DESCRIPTION:  A hearing on the merits in Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUC) Docket No. 52322, Application of the Electric Reliability Council of Texas, Inc. for a Debt Obligation Order to Finance Uplift Balances under PURA Chapter 39, Subchapter N, for an Order Initiating a Parallel Docket, and for a Good Cause Exception, has been scheduled for August 24 and 25, 2021.  The hearing will be in-person and will be held in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room, 7th floor of the William B. Travis Building, 1701 North Congress Avenue, Austin, Texas 78701.
