SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Digital Certificate Installation Process Software Outage - Resolved

INTENDED AUDIENCE: User Security Administrators (USAs)

DAYS AFFECTED: August 10, 2021 

LONG DESCRIPTION: The outage reported in M-C081021-01 Digital Certificate Installation Process Software Outage has been resolved and the vendor certificate software used by ERCOT's Market Participant Identity Management (MPIM) system has been restored.  The software functionality to install Digital Certificates is now fully functional and those who install Digital Certificates can resume all Digital Certificate activities.
