SHORT DESCRIPTION:  CenterPoint Energy has resumed normal operations after deactivating the Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) for Hurricane Nicholas.

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  All Market Participants

LONG DESCRIPTION:  CenterPoint Energy has resumed normal operations after deactivating the Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) for Hurricane Nicholas.  As pledged, we are also providing an update on our recovery plan for service orders delayed by Hurricane Nicholas. As a reminder and as previously shared with the Market service order processing resumed on Monday, September 20, 2021.

In cooperation with our field operations group the following goals have been established to address Market orders delayed by Hurricane Nicholas:

• Normal Market Service Orders will be caught up by Wednesday, September 22, 2021.
• New meter set orders will be back within the normal completion window by Friday, September 24, 2021.
