SHORT DESCRIPTION: Notice from the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) of a Texas Public Information Act (TPIA) Request  

INTENDED AUDIENCE: All Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED: October 28, 2021

LONG DESCRIPTION: PUCT received a public information request under the TPIA and has requested that ERCOT send this Market Notice to all Market Participants to ensure that any affected Market Participants receive timely notice of their rights under the TPIA.  Attached to this Market Notice are a copy of the original information request and a letter from PUCT that provides information to third-parties who may be affected by the request, as required under the TPIA (the Notice Documents).  

ACTION REQUIRED: Please review the attached Notice Documents from PUCT.
