SHORT DESCRIPTION: Several ERCOT.com Dashboards will not show missed hour for DST change

INTENDED AUDIENCE: All Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED: November 7, 2021 

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has determined the redesigned Dashboards rolled out in July will not display the missing hour when Daylight Savings Time (DST) ends, Sunday, November 7, at 2:00 a.m. As a result, the “extra” hour will appear with the current hour, leading to graphic misrepresentations. The following Dashboards will be affected.

This will affect Sunday’s single-day graphs for one day. Dashboards that have Previous Day and Day-Ahead data will experience these issues Sunday, November 7.  

ACTION REQUIRED: Users should disregard the graphical representation of these Dashboards during the Sunday DST end hour.
