SHORT DESCRIPTION: Suggestions for Authorized Representatives for Resource Entities experiencing issues receiving and processing Winter Weather Readiness Report (WWRR) forms

INTENDED AUDIENCE: Resource Entities with Generation Resources and Energy Storage Resources

DAYS AFFECTED: December 1, 2021

LONG DESCRIPTION: On November 12, 2021, ERCOT sent emails containing links to the generator Winter Weather Readiness Report (WWRR) forms required by 16 TAC § 25.55.

For any Authorized Representatives for Resource Entities with Generation Resources and Energy Storage Resources that have not received a WWRR form:

• Check your junk or spam e-mail folders
• Allow [log in to unmask] as a safe sender or include “@docusign.net” to your list of allowed domains. (Note: ERCOT's original Market Notice (W-A111221-01) indicated that these emails would be sent from [log in to unmask]. That is incorrect; the correct email address is [log in to unmask]" href="[log in to unmask]">[log in to unmask].)
• Contact your ERCOT Account Manager or ERCOT's Client Services department at [log in to unmask] and request that the email be resent to you     

In addition, Authorized Representatives may delegate completion of the WWRR forms to others by using the “Assign to Someone Else” functionality within DocuSign rather than forwarding the e-mail received from ERCOT.  Backup Authorized Representatives can also contact their Account Manager or ERCOT's Client Services department at [log in to unmask] to request the WWRR forms be sent to them.   

ACTION REQUIRED: Resource Entities with Generation Resources and Energy Storage Resources are required to complete and return the WWRR forms no later than December 1, 2021.
