SHORT DESCRIPTION: Suggestions for Authorized Representatives for Transmission Service Providers experiencing issues receiving and processing Winter Weather Readiness Report (WWRR) forms

INTENDED AUDIENCE: Transmission Service Providers

DAYS AFFECTED: December 1, 2021

LONG DESCRIPTION: On November 16, 2021, ERCOT sent emails containing links to the Transmission Service Provider (TSP) Winter Weather Readiness Report (WWRR) forms required by 16 TAC § 25.55. For any TSP Authorized Representatives that have not received an WWRR form, ERCOT suggests the following:

In addition, Authorized Representatives may delegate completion of the WWRR forms to others by using the “Assign to Someone Else” functionality within DocuSign rather than forwarding the e-mail received from ERCOT.  Backup Authorized Representatives can also contact their Account Manager or ERCOT's Client Services department at [log in to unmask] to request the WWRR forms be sent to them.      

ACTION REQUIRED: Transmission Service Providers are required to complete and return the WWRR forms no later than December 1, 2021.
