SHORT DESCRIPTION: RIOO-IS system available for application requests of less than 10MWs.

LONG DESCRIPTION: The Resource Integration and Ongoing Operations - Resource Services (RIOOO-RS) system been updated to accept interconnection requests for projects less than 10MWs and a minimum of 1MW. Payment for this category will need to be done via wire transfer; instructions will be provided on the system. Only transmission connected projects will be accepted until the DGR moratorium ceases on January 3, 2022.
