LONG DESCRIPTION: In accordance with Section 3.10.7.6 (7) of the ERCOT Nodal Protocols, ERCOT has added an exit strategy for the Williamson - Burnet Import Generic Transmission Constraint (GTC).

The purpose of this notice is to provide contemporaneous notification to all ERCOT Market Participants of this update to the Williamson - Burnet Import GTC.

Details associated with all GTCs (EMIL ID NP3-770-M, Report ID 11425 ) can be found on the ERCOT Market Information System (MIS) Grid Transmission page under the Generic Transmission Constraints Methodology secured area. A digital certificate with the role ICE_M_VIEW_ECEII is required to access this ECEII data.
