SHORT DESCRIPTION: ERCOT Wide Area Network (WAN) maintenance

INTENDED AUDIENCE: Market Participants connected to the ERCOT Wide Area Network (WAN)

DAYS AFFECTED: November 16, 2021. Time will be coordinated with ERCOT Operations.

LONG DESCRIPTION: T-Mobile will perform maintenance on their Wide Area Network (WAN) systems at ERCOT’s Bastrop Control Center. During this time, ERCOT will operate from the Taylor Control Center. The upgrade will be coordinated with and approved by ERCOT Operations. There may be a disruption of service during the upgrade, but ERCOT is working with the WAN Managed Services Provider in order to minimize potential service disruptions.

Please ensure that the information in this Market Notice is delivered to all of the people in your organization who are charged with maintenance or usage of the ERCOT WAN.
