SHORT DESCRIPTION: Partial Implementation of OBDRR023

INTENDED AUDIENCE: Qualified Scheduling Entities

DAYS AFFECTED: December 1, 2021

LONG DESCRIPTION: On December 1, 2021, the remainder of Other Binding Document, Emergency Response Service Procurement Methodology, language associated with Other Binding Document Revision Request (OBDRR) 023, Related to NPRR984, Change ERS Standard Contract Terms, will be implemented.

Specifically, footnote 2 in Section E, ERS Expenditure Limit, will be deleted. 

Emergency Response Service (ERS) Standard Contract Terms will change from three Standard Contract Terms to four Standard Contract Terms starting in the December 2021 through March 2022 Standard Contract Term. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Pursuant to Nodal Protocol Section 21.6, Nodal Protocol Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation.
