SHORT DESCRIPTION: Proposal to Add Bonilla to N Edinburgh 345 kV and Rio Hondo to Santa Rosa to Primera 138 kV Double Circuit Pre-Contingency Action Plan

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has received a proposal from EDF Renewables/RWE to add a Pre-Contingency Action Plan (PCAP) to manage the loading during high winds of the Burns – Rio Hondo 138 kV and La Palma – Haine 138 kV lines for the double-circuit contingency loss of Bonilla – N Edinburgh 345 kV and Rio Hondo –Santa Rosa – Primera 138 kV lines.

The proposed Bonilla to N Edinburgh 345 kV and Rio Hondo to Santa Rosa to Primera 138 kV Double Circuit PCAP is being reviewed by ERCOT.

ACTION REQUIRED: Any comments to this proposal are due to ERCOT by 5:00 pm on December 30, 2021 and should be submitted to [log in to unmask] using the attached comment form.
