SHORT DESCRIPTION: RIOO-IS system available for interconnection requests of less than 10Mws and DGRs

INTENDED AUDIENCE: All Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED: December 20, 2021

LONG DESCRIPTION:  The Resource Integration and Ongoing Operations - Interconnection Services (RIOO-IS) system has been updated to accept interconnection requests for projects less than 10MWs and a minimum of 1MW.  Payment for this category will need to be done via wire transfer; instructions will be provided on the system.  Only transmission connected projects will be accepted until the DGR moratorium ceases on January 1, 2022.  

All submissions will need to complete the Lone Star Infrastructure Protection Attestation request for information (RFI) located at this link under the "Commissioning" heading:  https://www.ercot.com/services/rq/integration.
