SHORT DESCRIPTION: Update to the Generic Limit Table for the West Texas Export Generic Transmission Constraint (GTC)

INTENDED AUDIENCE: ERCOT Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED: December 3, 2021

LONG DESCRIPTION: The West Texas Export GTC is being updated to reflect changes in the system topology to accommodate the installation of new Generation Resources in the region. Additional entries are being added to the Generic Transmission Limit Table for this update. 

The purpose of this notice is to provide contemporaneous notification to all ERCOT Market Participants of this update to the West Texas Export GTC. ERCOT will begin enforcing the updated table for this Generic Transmission Constraint on December 3, 2021.

Details associated with all GTCs can be found on the ERCOT Market Information System (MIS) Grid, Transmission page under the Generic Transmission Constraints Methodology (EMIL ID NP3-770-M , Report ID 11425 ) Secure Area. A Digital Certificate with role ICE_M_VIEW_ECEII is required to access this ECEII data.
