On 15 December 2021, a Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) submitted Exceptional Fuel Costs for five (5) Resources for Operating Hours ending 1 through 24. 

On 16 December 2021, a Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) submitted Exceptional Fuel Costs for five (5) Resources for Operating Hours ending 1 through 24.
