LONG DESCRIPTION: On January 15, 2022, Protocol language associated with Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 1107, Addition of Weatherization Inspection Fees to the ERCOT Fee Schedule and Clarification of Generation Interconnection Request Fees, will be implemented. 

NPRR1107 amends the ERCOT Fee Schedule by adding new fees for weatherization inspections conducted by ERCOT.  This NPRR further clarifies that the existing GINR fees apply to all generation interconnection projects regardless of whether they will interconnect at the transmission or distribution level.  ERCOT has implemented systems to provide for the posting of invoices to the Requested Information folder (EMIL ID NP12-230, Report Type ID 13239) on the Market Information System (MIS) Certified Area for Resource Entities that owe weatherization inspection fees. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Pursuant to Nodal Protocol Section 21.6, Nodal Protocol Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation.
