SHORT DESCRIPTION: RIOO-IS Payment feature deployed for Small Generation

LONG DESCRIPTION: The on-line payment feature will be deployed on February 4, 2022 for Small Generation interconnection requests.  This will eliminate the need for bank wire transfers to be made outside of the RIOO system. The RIOO system only accepts credit card and eCheck.
