SHORT DESCRIPTION: ERCOT manual action for Day-Ahead Market (DAM) Operating Day (OD) January 22, 2022

LONG DESCRIPTION: On January 21, 2022, ERCOT took a manual action in accordance with Protocol 4.1.2 (2), Day-Ahead Process and Timing Deviations. More specifically, a QSE submitted an offer that contradicted a Resource’s temporal constraints, which prohibited completion of the original DAM run for OD January 22, 2022. ERCOT provided notification to the relevant QSE prior to cancelling the submission and re-running the DAM.
