SHORT DESCRIPTION: Implementation Details of NPRR1005, NOGRR210 and RRGRR025

LONG DESCRIPTION: On February 1, 2022, Protocol, Nodal Operating Guide, and Resource Registration Glossary language associated with the following revision requests will be implemented:

NPRR1005, and associated NOGRR 210 and RRGRR 025, revise the definition of Point of Interconnection (POI) to refer to any physical location where a Generation Entity's Facilities connect to a Transmission Service Provider's (TSP's) Facilities and removes references to Load interconnections. It also introduces a new term "Point of Interconnection Bus (POIB)" to refer to the Electrical Bus in the substation that is closest to the Generation Resource's POI, or any electrically equivalent Electrical Bus in the substation, for each TSP-owned substation to which the Generation Resource interconnects.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Pursuant to Nodal Protocol Section 21.6, Nodal Protocol Revision Implementation, Nodal Operating Guide Section 1.3.5, Nodal Operating Guide Revision Implementation, and Resource Registration Glossary Section 1.2.5, Resource Registration Glossary Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation.
