DAYS AFFECTED: December 30, 31 2021; January 01-03 2022
LONG DESCRIPTION: On 30 December 2021, a Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) submitted Exceptional Fuel Costs for five (5) Resources for Operating Hours ending 1 through 24.
On 31 December 2021, a Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) submitted Exceptional Fuel Costs for five (5) Resources for Operating Hours ending 1 through 24.
On 01 January 2022, a Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) submitted Exceptional Fuel Costs for five (5) Resources for Operating Hours ending 1through 24.
On 02 January 2022, a Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) submitted Exceptional Fuel Costs for five (5) Resources for Operating Hours ending 1 through 24.
On 03 January 2022, a Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) submitted Exceptional Fuel Costs for three (3) Resources for Operating Hours ending 7 through 9; and five (5) Resources for Operating Hours ending 1 through 24.
Pursuant to paragraph (1)(h) of Nodal Protocol Section 4.4.9.4.1, Mitigated Offer Cap, no later than five Business Days after an Operating Day for which an Exception Fuel Cost is submitted, ERCOT shall issue a Market Notice indicating the affected Operating Hours and the number of Resources for which a QSE submitted Exceptional Fuel Cost for a particular Operating day.
