SHORT DESCRIPTION: Technical Workshop follow-up for Fast-Frequency Response Advancement Advancement Project and NPRR1093 Implementation

LONG DESCRIPTION: On December 7, 2021 ERCOT hosted the Fast-Frequency Response Advancement (FFRA) Technical Workshop and provided a detailed review of the technical interface specifications for the Fast-Frequency Response Advancement Project, and also provided initial design information for NPRR1093, Load Resource Participation in Non-Spinning Reserve.  At that time ERCOT stated it would follow-up with another technical workshop in early 2022 as soon as the NPRR1093 interface requirements were developed. 

ERCOT has completed its initial design work for NPRR1093 and will provide the technical changes (including changes to the XSDs) in a presentation as one of the agenda items within the new Technology Working Group on February 10, 2022 from 2-4pm.  ERCOT will support technical questions for both FFRA and NPRR1093 changes. Software vendors and IT staff for MPs are encouraged to attend.
