SHORT DESCRIPTION: Implementation of maximum Shadow Price for an irresolvable constraint in SCED

DAYS AFFECTED: February 5, 2022

LONG DESCRIPTION: On February 4, 2022, a constraint was found to be irresolvable per the criteria defined in Section 3.6.1 of the Other Binding Document (OBD), Methodology for Setting Maximum Shadow Prices for Network and Power Balance Constraints. The update to the maximum Shadow Price will occur between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM Central Prevailing Time (CPT) on February 4, 2022 and be effective on February 5, 2022.  The contingency/constraint pair and updated maximum Shadow Price are as follows:

This new maximum Shadow Price will be used for all constraints in Security- Constrained Economic Dispatch (SCED) which share the same monitored element (i.e. constraint name) and direction.
