LONG DESCRIPTION: EDF Renewables/RWE is withdrawing the Bonilla to N Edinburgh 345 kV and Rio Hondo to Santa Rosa to Primera 138 kV Double Circuit Pre-Contingency Action Plan (PCAP) proposal, submitted to manage the loading during high winds of the Burns – Rio Hondo 138 kV and La Palma – Haine 138 kV lines for the double-circuit contingency loss of Bonilla – N Edinburgh 345 kV and Rio Hondo – Santa Rosa – Primera 138 kV lines.  

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Information regarding this proposal and all Constraint Management Plans can be found on the Market Information System (MIS) Transmission page of the Grid section under the Submitted Remedial Action Schemes (RASs) and Constraint Management Plans (CMPs) (EMIL ID NP3-614-M, Report Type ID 11419) Secure area. A Digital Certificate with the role ICE_M_VIEW_ECEII is required to access this ECEII data.
