SHORT DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has received payment from Rayburn Country Electric Cooperative Inc. for outstanding short-paid Invoices

INTENDED AUDIENCE: All Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED: February 18, 2022

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has received payment from Rayburn Country Electric Cooperative Inc. (Rayburn) for their outstanding short-paid amounts. The payment, in the amount of $637,338,877.75, fully reimburses all of Rayburn's Settlement Invoices with payments due through February 17, 2022.

These funds will be distributed to previously short-paid Market Participants beginning February 22, 2022. Payouts to Market Participants are expected to occur over the course of four Bank Business Days. ERCOT will issue a Market Notice each day payments are made with specific details regarding the amounts distributed.
