LONG DESCRIPTION: On February 23, 2022, a Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) submitted Exceptional Fuel Costs for two (2) Resources for Operating Hours ending 5 through 13, and one (1) Resource for Operating Hours ending 6 through 13.

On February 24, 2022, a Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) submitted Exceptional Fuel Costs for three (3) Resources for Operating Hours ending 5 through 10, and Operating Hour ending 12.
