SHORT DESCRIPTION: Implementation details of NOGRR219

LONG DESCRIPTION: On April 1, 2022, Nodal Operating Guide language associated with Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) 219, Related to NPRR1045, Transmission Operator Definition and Designation, will be implemented.

NOGRR219 clarifies language relating to Load shed obligations and removes the Load Shed Table from the Nodal Operating Guide.  Instead, the Load Shed Table will be posted on the ERCOT website.  NOGRR219 also removed the definition of Transmission Operator (TO) from the Nodal Operating Guide, effective May 1, 2021, because it was moved to Protocol Section 2.1, Definitions, by NPRR1045. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Pursuant to Nodal Operating Guide Section 1.3.5, Nodal Operating Guide Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation.
