SHORT DESCRIPTION: Missing Bill Determinants in Real-Time Market Initial Statements for Operating Day January 26, 2022

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has determined that a data transfer error resulted in certain Bill Determinants being excluded from the Real-Time Market (RTM) Initial Statements for Operating Day (OD) January 26, 2022.  The affected Bill Determinants were HSL (High Sustainable Limit), LSL (Low Sustainable Limit), STATUSADJ (Resource Status at Adjustment Period), OFFQSADJ (Resource Operation Status of OFFQS at Adjustment Period), HNSADJ (Non-Spin AS Responsibility at Adjustment Period), HRRADJ (Responsive Reserve AS Responsibility at Adjustment Period), HRUADJ (Reg-Up AS Responsibility at Adjustment Period), HRDADJ (Reg-Down AS Responsibility at Adjustment Period).

This issue impacted only RTM Initial Statements for OD January 26, 2022. ERCOT has determined that this error resulted in a less than $20.00 net impact on RTM Initial Statements across all Statement Recipients for RTASIAMT (Real-Time Ancillary Service Imbalance Amount) and LAASIRNAMT (Load-Allocated Ancillary Service Imbalance Revenue Neutrality Amount) for the Operating Day. The data transfer error has been corrected and all required data was incorporated in the RTM Final Settlements for OD January 26, 2022.
