SHORT DESCRIPTION: ERCOT Retail processing has been restored.

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has resolved the issue impacting retail processing and related systems.  Root cause analysis is ongoing. 

Transaction backlogs are being reprocessed successfully with an expected completion time of approximately 12:00pm.  Market Participants are encouraged to verify all data has been sent and received as expected.
