LONG DESCRIPTION: The Resource Integration & Ongoing Operations (RIOO) project release date is now June 3 instead of the previously announced May 27.  Update 3 for the RIOO-IS system fixes, bugs related to payment issues and adds an e-sign for the Lone Star Attestation.  Release 6 for RIOO-RS fixes a bug related to reactive capability.
