SHORT DESCRIPTION: ERCOT's Notification Listeners certificate renewal
INTENDED AUDIENCE: Market Participant personnel that receive notifications from ERCOT’s External Web Services on their listeners
DAYS AFFECTED: June 7, 2022
LONG DESCRIPTION: On June 7, 2022 at 3:00 CDT, ERCOT will replace the Notifications Public Key SSL certificate used by the Listeners that receive notifications from the External Web Services (EWS) with a new Notifications Public Key Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate.
Impacts will only include those Market Participants that receive notifications on their Listeners and validating the request and certificate.
ACTION REQUIRED: Market Participants must download and install the following into their application's key store:
All Certificates, including the updated public key, are available for download on ERCOT.com at http://www.ercot.com/services/mdt/webservices/.
