SHORT DESCRIPTION: Implementation Details of PGRR095

LONG DESCRIPTION: On June 1, 2022, Planning Guide language associated with Planning Guide Revision Request (PGRR) 095, Establish Minimum Deliverability Criteria, will be implemented.

PGRR095 introduces a new reliability criteria to ensure deliverability of applicable Resources under peak Load conditions. The minimum deliverability criteria is established in new Planning Guide Section 4.1.1.7, Minimum Deliverability Criteria, and requires the definition of two thresholds - a minimum percentage of capacity to be applied to each applicable Resource and a minimum duration threshold used to determine applicable Energy Storage Resources (ESRs). Values for those Minimum Deliverability Criteria Thresholds (EMIL ID PG4-117-M) will be posted to the ERCOT website at https://www.ercot.com/gridinfo/planning/ as part of the implementation of PGRR095.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Pursuant to Planning Guide Section 1.2.5, Planning Guide Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation.
