LONG DESCRIPTION: On May 26, 2022, System Change Request (SCR) 809, Changes to External Telemetry Validations in Resource Limit Calculator will be implemented.  

This SCR implements changes to the validation of external telemetry utilized by the Resource Limit Calculator to better align these with current operational standards, to help better identify invalid telemetry data and reduce the likelihood that erroneous data is utilized by the Resource Limit Calculator.
