SHORT DESCRIPTION: The iOS version of the ERCOT mobile app outage has been resolved.

INTENDED AUDIENCE: All Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED: June 29 - June 30, 2022

LONG DESCRIPTION: The new iOS version (7.3.7) of the ERCOT mobile app is now available in the Apple Store. Users should update the iOS version on all Apple devices. If a 403 error still appears, users must uninstall the app and then install the new version. 

ACTION REQUIRED: Users must update the iOS version of the ERCOT mobile app.
