SHORT DESCRIPTION: The iOS version of the ERCOT mobile app is experiencing an outage at this time.

INTENDED AUDIENCE: All Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED: July 29, 2018, 06:00 -- ongoing 

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT is in contact with the Apple Store and working to correct the outage issue. Users that downloaded the updated version (7.3.7) of the app within the last 24 hours will receive a 403 error and content will not be displayed.

Content on the ERCOT mobile app is available on the website.  

ACTION REQUIRED: Users will need to update the ERCOT mobile app once the issue is resolved.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This issue only affects the iOS/Apple version of the ERCOT mobile app. The Android version works as expected.

ERCOT will send an additional notice when the issue is resolved.
